Felix was sadly bought to us by two rescuers who had found him living under a car. After posting about him, sadly no owners came forward so it seems he was abandoned. He is a lovely dog, very affectionate and instantly fit in well with the other dogs at Merlin's. He loves being around people and jumping on your lap for attention, he would make a really wonderful companion.
